If you aren't familiar with the internet meme 'tl;dr', it stands for 'too long; didn't read' and is often posted on forums after someone has copied/pasted something entirely too long/boring to waste your time reading. Reading and understanding the Constitution can be a daunting task for many. Respecting and adhering to the Constitution can be downright impossible for some. Nancy Pelosi either a) hasn't read the Constitution, b) is too ignorant to understand it, or c) simply chooses to ignore it. I've gotten pretty good at multiple choice tests over the years, and I'm inclined to pick answer 'C' (although there's probably quite a bit of B mixed in there, too). I think it's a, b, and c. Things like the constitution stand in the way of power mad socialists like Pelosi.
