"[Mexicans] do the jobs Americans won't do."

WRONG.
What this country needs, perhaps more than anything else, is welfare reform. If that Obamastash weren't so easily obtainable, our unemployment rate wouldn't be where it is and those day labor jobs would easily be filled by American citizens. I'd support this immigration law if the unemployment rate were back around 4%, but I support the hell out of it now with the unemployment rate at 10%. The "they do the jobs Americans won't do" argument is a very weak one. Human nature dictates that people will do whatever is necessary to survive. If that means sweating in a field all day for minimum wage, that's what they'll do. "Free money" deprives man of ambition and removes the fight or flight variable from the equation.

Please visit AZ Governor Jan Brewer's website and sign the petition of support. The state government of AZ should be commended for taking action on a legitimate and growing problem facing their state and MANY others. Show your support at http://janbrewer.com/action-center/immigration-petition-thank-you. Thank you.
